Green Peas and Boiled Fish Cake Miso Soup

Colorful spring ingredients, with carrot as a touch of color, will cheer up your dining time.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Green peas 40 g
Hanpen (boiled flat fish cake) 1/2 piece
Carrot 1/2
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the hanpen into 1-cm pieces and the carrot into sticks.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the green peas and carrot. After the ingredients are cooked, add the hanpen, dissolve the miso and boil for a moment.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.
