Spinach with Egg Miso Soup

Sweet spinach and soft egg give you a soothing taste.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Spinach 1 bunch
Eggs 2
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Type of Miso

Kome (Rice) miso

Directions

  1. Boil the spinach and cut it into proper sizes. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Dissolve the miso and add the spinach. Add the egg evenly just before serving.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

★ A Note

Eggs go very well with miso soup.
