Potherb Mustard and Pork Miso Soup

Crispy potherb mustard (mizuna) goes well with tender pork.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Mizuna 1 bunch
Sliced pork 60 g
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the mizuna and pork into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil and add the mizuna and pork. After the ingredients are cooked, dissolve the miso and boil only for a moment.
  3. Serve the miso soup in bowls.

Savory pork goes well with fresh mizuna in the miso soup.
