Roasted Sweet Potato Miso Soup

Using a roasted sweet potato is an easy way to prepare a tasty miso soup.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Roasted sweet potato 1 (medium to large ) ~ 170 g
Butter 20 g
Dashi stock 800 cc
Miso 3-1/2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Break the roasted sweet potato into proper sizes.
  2. Bring the dashi stock to a boil. Add the roasted sweet potato and boil for a short time.
  3. Lower the heat and dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the butter on top.

This miso soup is easy to prepare but tasty. The flavor of butter in miso soup is appetizing.
