Lovely White Miso Soup

Lovely heart-shaped carrot expresses your love. Enjoy this miso soup with your loved ones.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Turnips 2
Onion 1/2
Carrot 80 g
Parsley Several small stalks
Milk 300 cc
Butter 20 g
Chicken broth 300 cc
Miso 4 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Cut the turnips and onion into chunks. Slice the carrot, cut into heart shapes and boil.
  2. Pan-fry the turnips and onion with the butter in a pan, pour in the chicken broth and boil until the turnips become tender. Process the soup in a blender. Pour the soup back in the pan, add the milk and heat.
  3. Just before boiling, dissolve the miso. Serve the miso soup in bowls with the heart-shaped carrot and parsley on top.

★ A Note

Turnips and onion are not seen in this miso soup, but it actually contains them. Although it looks simple, this miso soup contains various ingredients together with your love.
